North Carolina Workers' Compensation Lawyer

Chapel Hill and Durham Accident Lawyer

Compassion, Experience, Commitment, and Common Sense

With more than 25 years of experience in complex personal injury and workers' compensation cases, Heidi Chapman is able to vigorously represent her clients. Frequently she receives referrals from out-of-state attorneys. She also co-counsels cases with in-state attorneys who seek her expertise.

Heidi has been Board Certified in Workers' Compensation Law by the North Carolina State Bar since 2004. This certification is awarded based on knowledge and experience. A candidate takes a day long multiple choice and essay examination. The North Carolina State Bar also reviews recommendations from colleagues and judges, and determines whether the attorney has dedicated sufficient time to keeping abreast of the law, and to trying cases before the Industrial Commission and arguing cases on appeal.

Clients and lawyers trust Heidi to work hard and get results. She represents a limited number of clients, so that she can maintain quality hands-on work. Heidi takes care of her clients. She has direct one-on-one relationships with them.

A quick money settlement is NOT her goal. She focuses on helping her clients get the medical treatment and vocational rehabilitation they need to rebuild their lives. Sometimes it takes several years to accomplish those goals.

Heidi Chapman has the compassion, experience, commitment, and common sense to help her clients make good decisions that will impact the rest of their lives.
